What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through a combination of company-provided leads and door-to-door canvassing
- Conduct roof inspections, identify customer needs, and present solutions
- Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
- Manage your pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent Ridge Valley Exteriors with professionalism and integrity in the field
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic with the mentality and drive to succeed
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working outdoors
- Ability to climb roofs and lift 40–50 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset
- Previous sales experience is a plus (especially D2D, home services, alarms, pest control, or windows)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
